Licensed Insurance Sales ProducerAmerican Family Insurance Are you passionate, goal oriented, driven, dedicated and a high achiever? If so, we want you. We are looking for Licensed Sales Producer (LSP) these opportunities are for true sales, customer-oriented individuals.Duties may include, but not limited to:Develop and cultivate in market relationshipsCross-selling existing customers with other company productsGenerate new business, leads and referralsUnderstand company culture and philosophySense of urgency when accomplishing goalsEnsure company services standards are met at all timesExcellent internal and external customer orientationFoster business development and agency growth within the communityOvercoming Objections & Sales ObstaclesExcellent customer service & relationship buildingSelling Life PoliciesSolicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.Job RequirementsLife & Health and Property Casualty Agents LicenseExcellent communication/interpersonal skillsConfident, self-starter who works well independentlyAbility to multi-taskStrong organizational skillsPossess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.Confident, self-starter who works well independently.If you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, APPLY TODAY. Qualified candidates will possess:Outstanding customer service and people skillsLicense in the Property & Casualty Insurance Lines required and must have/be obtained prior to employment (Company will reimburse)License in the Life & Health Insurance Lines must be obtained within 180 days of employment (Company will reimburse)Organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skillsDemonstrated oral and written communication skillsPC skills; experience with Windows-based computer applications a plusAbility/desire to work in small business environmentAbility to learn American Family products, services, and computer systemsMinimum of a High School diploma or equivalentPrior insurance experience is not requiredOne year of prior customer service experience and sales experience are requiredBilingual candidates are a plus but not required
