Licensed Insurance Sales ProfessionalJessica Alvarez - State Farm Agency has an immediate opening for a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Professional. We are an award-winning State Farm agency focused on meeting our customers' needs and creating success for our team. If you have experience in the insurance industry, I invite you to apply for the position in my office.Only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered for this role:Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license.Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Plantation, FL. This is an in-office position.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and servicesEstablish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as neededProvide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarificationWhat we provide:Base salary plus commissionsBonus for 6-months of continuous employmentPaid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)Health insurance stipendValuable experienceGrowth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my officeRequirements:Must have insurance experience (minimum 1 year; maximum 5 years)Experience in banking, hospitality, and/or high-end restaurant sales/service preferredSuccessful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferredExcellent communication skills - written, verbal and listeningSelf-motivatedAbility to multi-taskAbility to effectively relate to a customerProperty & Casualty licenseLife & Health licenseIf you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please submit your resume.
