Licensed Insurance Sales Representative - BilingualGalin Vinasco - State Farm Agency is seeking a Bilingual Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in Norcross, GA. This is an in-office, full-time opportunity for a motivated insurance professional who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and growing through sales. Must be fluent in English and one of the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese, or Vietnamese.We are looking for someone who is confident communicating with customers, understands the importance of following up on leads, and wants to build a long-term career in insurance. If you are licensed, coachable, and motivated by both customer service and sales success, we would like to hear from you.What You'll DoDevelop leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospective customersIdentify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage optionsExplain coverage options clearly and help customers make informed decisionsEstablish and maintain strong customer relationshipsMarket and sell appropriate State Farm insurance productsProvide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer serviceAssist customers with policy changes, transfers, billing questions, coverage questions, and claim-related inquiriesMeet individual and team sales goals while maintaining a customer-focused approachWhat We're Looking ForActive Property and Casualty insurance license requiredFluent in English plus at least one of the following: Spanish, Portuguese, or VietnamesePrevious insurance sales experience preferredLife & Health license is a plusExperience in insurance sales, inside sales, outside sales, or another goal-oriented sales environmentStrong communication, listening, and relationship-building skillsComfortable making outbound calls, following up with leads, and asking for the saleSelf-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple prioritiesA positive, coachable attitude and a desire to grow in the insurance industryMust be able to commute to our Norcross, GA office; this is an in-office positionWhat We OfferBase salaryCompetitive tiered commission programPaid time off, accruing after 90 days of employment7 paid major holidaysLife insurance after 90 days of employmentValuable insurance industry experienceGrowth potential and opportunities for advancement within the agencyIf you are a licensed insurance professional who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and earning through performance, we invite you to apply.
