Licensed Insurance Sales RepresentativeAn established State Farm agency is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to support agency growth through customer-focused conversations and professional service. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys helping customers identify insurance needs and recommending appropriate solutions in a fast-paced office environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop leads and schedule customer appointmentsIdentify customer insurance needs and recommend suitable productsBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsProvide prompt, accurate, and professional customer serviceAssist with policy inquiries, coverage questions, and account updatesSupport billing, policy changes, and claims-related questionsFollow agency sales and service processesCompensationBase salary plus commission and performance-based bonuses.
