Licensed Insurance Sales RepresentativeDavid Giarratano - State Farm Agency, located in East Stroudsburg, PA has an immediate opening for a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Professional. Only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered for this role:Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license.Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in East Stroudsburg, PA. This is an in-office position.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, as needed. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.What we provide:Base pay (depending on experience) plus Commission and BonusesPaid time off (80 hours personal/vacation) after one year of employmentLife Insurance - employer fundedShort Term Disability - employer fundedValuable experienceGrowth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my officeRequirements:Property & Casualty license (required)Life, Accident & Health license (must be able to obtain)Recent State Farm experience preferred but not requiredSales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferredSuccessful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferredExcellent communication skills - written, verbal and listeningBilingual a plus but not requiredSelf-motivatedAbility to multi-taskAbility to effectively relate to a customerMust be able to pass a background checkIf you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please submit your resume.
