Licensed Insurance Sales RepresentativeBrandon Foster - State Farm Agency, located in El Segundo, CA has an immediate opening for a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Professional. Only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered for this role:Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license.Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in El Segundo, CA. This is an in-office position.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and servicesEstablish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as neededProvide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarificationWhat we provide:Hourly PayEligible for benefits after 6 months of employmentValuable experienceGrowth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my officeRequirements:Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferredSales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferredSuccessful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferredExcellent communication skills - written, verbal and listeningSelf-motivatedAbility to multi-taskAbility to effectively relate to a customerProperty & Casualty licenseLife & Health licenseIf you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please submit your resume.
