Licensed Insurance Sales Representative – Farmers InsuranceA Farmers Insurance agency is actively seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team. This role is ideal for a licensed individual who enjoys building relationships, helping clients protect what matters most, and growing their income through performance.Compensation: $45,000 – $110,000 per year (base + bonus + commission)Responsibilities:Develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and outreachBuild strong client relationships and provide coverage recommendationsEducate customers on insurance options and policy featuresFollow up on leads, quotes, and service requestsSupport existing clients with policy changes and account reviewsMaintain accurate client documentation and activity recordsRequirements:Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)Insurance or sales experience preferred but not requiredStrong communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated with a goal-oriented mindsetComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentBenefits:Bonus opportunitiesCommission programPaid Time Off / VacationIf you are licensed, driven, and looking for long-term income potential, we encourage you to apply.
