Join our growing team as a Journeyman supporting utility-grade solar construction projects across the region. This is a travel position , ideal for individuals ready to work hard, learn fast, and grow within the solar industry. You'll work with other licensed electricians to assist with electrical installations on large-scale solar fields.
Duties
Assist with installation of electrical systems for solar PV arrays
Pull wire, terminate connections, install conduit, junction boxes, and panels
Maintain safety and quality standards on all job sites
Preferred Experience & Background:
Underground PVC & direct burial experience
Pad rough-in experience
Setting switchgear, transformer and terminating experience
Certifications, Licenses & Practices:
New Mexico and/or Texas Journeyman electrician license is a requirement.
Medium-voltage certification is a big plus.
OSHA 30 certified or willing to work towards this goal within first 90 of employment.
NFPA 70E Arc Flash certified - or willing to work towards this certification within 90 days of employment.
Read and adhere to site specific safety plans.
Have performed appropriate OSHA lockout / tagout procedures where appropriate.
WILLING TO TRAIN NEWLY LICENSED JOURNEYMEN!

Work Location: On the road - Typically regionally to Texas, New Mexico and Arkansas.
