Licensed Journeyman ElectricianNorthern One Hour Heating, Northern Ben Franklin Plumbing & Northern Mister Sparky Electric is owned and operated locally, and we represent One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, Ben Franklin Plumbing, and Mr. Sparky Electric. Our company has been serving the metro area since 1990, and we are currently seeking to hire an experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our team. We are a growing residential electrical contractor serving homeowners throughout the Twin Cities north metro area and are looking for a Licensed Journeyman Electrician with strong production skills and a sales mindset. If you take pride in high-quality residential work and enjoy helping homeowners, find the right solutions, we want you on our team.This role combines hands-on residential electrical work with customer communication and sales. You will diagnose issues, present options, price jobs, and complete work efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.Perform residential service work, remodel wiring, panel upgrades, troubleshooting, and new installationsEnsure all work complies with Minnesota State Electrical Code and local inspection requirementsCommunicate clearly with homeowners about findings and recommended solutionsProvide accurate pricing and written estimates on-siteIdentify opportunities for upgrades (panels, surge protection, lighting, EV chargers, etc.)Close sales and complete work to high production standardsMaintain proper documentation and job notesKeep a clean, safe, and professional job siteQualifications:Journeyman's license and 2 years residential electrical experienceStrong residential troubleshooting and installation experienceAbility to sell services ethically and confidentlyExcellent customer service and communication skillsSelf-motivated and production-drivenValid driver's license with clean driving recordAbility to pass background check (working in occupied homes)Compensation: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour + commissions Company Vehicle Paid Holidays and PTO Medical, Dental & Vision Life Insurance, Accident ST< Disability 401K
