What You'll Do
Manage borrowers from application through closing
Generate and grow self-sourced mortgage business
Leverage personal referrals, company-provided leads, or a combination of both
Partner with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to create a seamless client experience
Maintain compliance with federal and state lending regulations
Consistently meet or exceed production objectives
What We're Looking For
Active NMLS license
1-3+ years of mortgage origination experience
Proven ability to generate and close mortgage loans
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to thrive in a remote environment
