Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Location: Washington
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Role Overview
This role focuses on providing structured therapy to adults and families through a secure telehealth platform. You will work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Your work supports steady progress, clear treatment goals, and continuity of care.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct individual and family therapy sessions via telehealth
Complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner
Develop treatment plans based on assessments and ongoing progress
Maintain compliance with Washington State and telehealth standards
Requirements Active Washington State LMFT license
Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy
Comfort working independently in a remote setting
Reliable internet connection and private workspace
