You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing short of exceptional! Your expertise in massage therapy and customer healing/relaxation will make you an important part of our team. Our staff will book your appointments and you will be provided with all the supplies you need to be extremely successful! With over 400 locations, the Hand & Stone brand is a leader in the membership-based spa service industry.Job Responsibilities:Design specific sessions based on client's individual needsPromote the health and wellness benefits to clients receiving massage therapy on a regular basisCreate excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitudeGenerate new clientele through promoting member referrals and membershipsHelp maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areasJob Requirements:Must adhere to state licensing laws and regulationsMust be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staffMust carry liability insuranceKnowledge of Swedish massage requiredKnowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue).Understands and believes in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodyworkCompany Benefits:Flexible schedulesOngoing training at no costProfessional and safe work environmentAll supplies providedEmployee discountsEmployee referral bonusCEU Credit Opportunities
