Our full-time Massage Therapists earn approximately $55,000–$80,000 per year, including tips, with competitive base pay and opportunities to grow.Clients who are a good fit for you. Every therapist has different strengths, techniques, interests, and preferences. We focus on thoughtful client matching so you can spend more time doing the work you enjoy and building relationships with clients who value what you do.We handle the things you shouldn't have to. Booking, laundry, and studio support are handled for you, so you can focus your energy where it belongs — on your clients and your craft.Your body and career longevity matter. You'll work with hydraulic massage tables, flexible scheduling, and a team that genuinely prioritizes therapist self-care. Massage therapy is physically demanding.
