The average tip for our base service is $20-$30, and it increases with upgrades.RequirementsActive Massage Therapy licenseAs a Massage Therapist, you willMaintain an active massage license and carry liability insuranceDeliver personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needsCreate a welcoming, friendly, and professional client experienceFollow our "Key Ingredients" standard to educate and empower clientsCommunicate effectively with clients, team members, and managementParticipate in ongoing training, workshops, and webinarsHiring ProcessWithin 24 hours, a live team member will reach out to all licensed applicants.Within 48 hours: We'll schedule an in-person interviewWithin 7 days: The hiring process is typically completeCompensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
