Massage TherapistHand and Stone Marietta is looking for talented Licensed Massage Therapists.BenefitsHealth insurance with a $2,000 employer contributionDental, vision, life, supplemental, and medical benefits401(k) retirement plan with a 4% company match (valued at an average of $600/year) for full time employeesBi-Weekly pay with tips paid out the same day if tipped in cashPaid time offContinuing education support, and experienced managementCompensation PackageAverage total compensation of $75,000 includes base salary, commission, and tips for 30 service hours/week.Base rate of $26 to $30 per 50-minute per massage.Tips average 18% to 25% of the nonmember price. The average tip for our base service is $20-$30, and it increases with upgrades.RequirementsActive Massage Therapy licenseAs a Massage Therapist, you willMaintain an active massage license and carry liability insuranceDeliver personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needsCreate a welcoming, friendly, and professional client experienceFollow our "Key Ingredients" standard to educate and empower clientsCommunicate effectively with clients, team members, and managementParticipate in ongoing training, workshops, and webinarsHiring ProcessWithin 24 hours, a live team member will reach out to all licensed applicants.Within 48 hours: We'll schedule an in-person interview.Within 7 days: The hiring process is typically complete.Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearAt Hand and Stone, Opportunity Knocks.Over 500 locations open across the U.S.We have opportunities for Massage Therapists, Estheticians, Spa Managers and Spa Associates at all stages of their careers.
