Not commission. Out-of-service pay guaranteed. Paid-training, guaranteed. You're paid for your scheduled hours whether or not the room is booked. We're opening a brand-new Woodhouse Spa in Oak Brook this fall, and we're hiring our founding massage team. Most spas in this area pay a low admin rate plus a percentage of what you book, which means slow weeks cost you income. We decided to do it differently.
