Licensed Massage TherapistWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various massage techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, administering therapeutic treatments, and contributing to their overall wellness journey.Licensed Massage Therapist DutiesConduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment plans.Provide various massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management strategies.Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to tailor treatments that effectively address patient concerns.Maintain accurate records of patient treatments, progress, and any relevant medical terminology.Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for all clients.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in occupational health settings to support holistic patient care.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy practices, including med spa experiences.Licensed Massage Therapist RequirementsValid massage therapy license in accordance with state regulations.Proficiency in patient service techniques and strong interpersonal skills.Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology is essential.Experience in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management preferred.Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for clients.Previous experience in an occupational health or med spa environment is a plus.Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards in practice.
