StretchLab FlexologistIf you’re engaging and have a passion for health, fitness, and exercise, we want to meet you! StretchLab is seeking individuals with backgrounds in personal training, massage and physical therapy, dance/yoga/Pilates instruction, or backgrounds with stretching/exercise/bodywork to join our team as a StretchLab Flexologist. You will receive in house training for the Flexologist role (providing one on one assisted stretching sessions)- This is an amazing opportunity to gain experience in a new modality that is taking the fitness industry by storm.Your job will be to support clients in championing healthier and happier lives. We look for folks who love to build and nurture relationships with clients and help them #LiveLong.Flexible schedule with recommendation of 6 hours shifts - 20 hours a week minimumThis position is for a new studio opening in Mount Pleasant at the newly renovated Fairmount Landing Shopping Plaza.Some of our studio benefits include:Competitive base pay; based on experience & performance, plus a robust commission and bonus structureOngoing trainingRetail discountFree StretchesGrowth potential within the companyAnd more!Duties include, but are not limited to:Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessionsEncourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessionsEnsure safety of clients in regard to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rulesBuild StretchLab membership and retain current clienteleAttend staff meetings and required educational presentationsHandle member concerns when applicableAssist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as neededMaintain strong social media presence for client membership, interaction, and retentionClean and maintain all equipment to ensure it is available for client use at any given timeQualifications include, but are not limited to:Love of boutique fitness environmentA passion for stretching, mobility and flexibilityAbility to create a positive environment that welcomes all peopleLove of connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goalsMust have a professional work ethic, be reliable, and adhere to our attendance policiesAvailability to go through our 3-day Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials, 1-1 training with local leadership, and 3 days of in-person/hands-on corporate trainingIf this role is something you'd like to learn more about, please reach out to us.
