Plumber of RecordBenjamin Franklin Plumbing of St. Louis County is launching a brand-new, modern fleet, and we are looking for a licensed Master Plumber to serve as our Plumber of Record. Aggressive marketing spend of $100K per year budgeted in to grow this aggressively Let's stop building someone else's empire and build our own!What We Offer (The Elite Package)$10,000 Sign-On Bonus (Paid incrementally starting at day 60).Premium Compensation: Highly competitive base salary plus an revenue sharing structure tied to fleet volume/revenue.100% Employer-Paid Healthcare: Full medical, dental, and vision insurance premiums covered for the employee.Retirement Security: 401(k) with an immediate, generous company match.Time Off: 3 weeks of paid time off (PTO) plus 6 paid holidays starting in your first year.The Best Fleet Tools: Brand-new, fully stocked wrapped truck with premium specialty tools and dispatch software.Zero Loading Stress: Stocked inventory and logistics support so you do not waste unpaid hours loading trucks.Job ResponsibilitiesServe as the registered Master Plumber of Record for our corporate entity with the St. Louis County Board of Plumbing Examiners.Pull required permits through the St. Louis County Department of Public Works and ensure full compliance on code-heavy jobs.Provide field leadership, technical training, and code oversight for our growing team of Journeymen and Registered Apprentices.Perform high-quality residential diagnostics, service repairs, and major replacements (water heaters, repipes, sewer lines).RequirementsActive Master Plumber License in good standing with St. Louis County.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Deep expertise in residential troubleshooting, customer service, and local code application.Must be able to pass standard background checks and drug screenings.Compensation: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
