Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) for a full-time opportunity in Mason, MI.
Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Schedule / Shift: Full-Time, Monday -Friday, 9am - 6pm (some flexibility with hours as needed)
Patient Population: All Ages, Children - Adult
Pay Rate Range: $57,200 - 65,200 (based on experience)
Bonus: $6,000 Sign-On Bonus
Job Responsibilities
Provide individual and family therapy services across diverse populations
Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support whole-person care
Support clients navigating mental health, social challenges, and community resources.
Requirements
Master's degree in social work
Active license in Michigan
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Stay current on all CMH required trainings
Ability to work with Microsoft Office, Electronic Medical Record, Human Resource Management System (HRMS), MI Bridges (MDHHS), SOS System
1+ year of experience working with children
