Job description
Licensed Master Social Worker
Location: New York, NY Duration: 10/12/2026 – 01/23/2027 Shift: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM | 7.00 Hours/Day | 35.00 Hours/Week Pay Range - $55/hr - $60/hr.
Required Skills & Experience:
One (1) year of LMSW experience.
After care plans.
Allscripts.
Screening.
Assessments.
Discharge plans.
Careport.
Parachute.
EMR.
Education:
Master's Degree in Social Work.
Required Certifications & Licensure:
Valid Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) license issued by NYSED, Primary Source Verification.
Languages:
English (Speak, Read, Write)
