Licensed Mental Health Counselor
About The Role
The Wilkinson Firm (TWF) places licensed mental health counselors into behavioral health and mental health organizations across the Southeast. CMHCs, FQHCs, private practices, and integrated BH practices need credentialed counselors on flexible engagement.
Who We Want
Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LCMHC, LPC, LPCC, LMHC, or equivalent state license) with at least 2 years post-licensure clinical experience. Comfortable with telehealth and in-person settings. Strong charting and documentation discipline.
What You Would Do
Provide individual, group, or family counseling per client engagement
Maintain clinical documentation per agency standard
Coordinate with treatment teams
Adhere to state licensure regs, HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality
Build a steady caseload through repeat engagement bookings
What You Get
$35-75/hr based on specialty (substance use, trauma, child/adolescent, etc.)
Flexible engagement structure - 1099 contractor or W-2 placement
