Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) – Oregon
We are hiring licensed mental health professionals in Oregon for a full-time remote position. This role involves providing scheduled therapy sessions, completing clinical documentation, and managing ongoing client care through telehealth.
Job Type: Full-Time, Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year, plus benefits
Responsibilities
Provide virtual therapy sessions to clients in Oregon
Complete assessments and identify treatment needs
Develop treatment goals based on client concerns
Use appropriate counseling methods throughout treatment
Review progress and adjust care when needed
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
Follow Oregon licensing, ethical, and telehealth requirements
Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.
Licensing: Fully licensed to practice without supervision (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
Experience in delivering therapy and designing individualized treatment plans.
Strong communication skills, both in-person and virtually, with a focus on trust-building.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with online therapy tools.
