Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) $70K-85K/yr
Position Requirement: Remote Full-Time and Part-time Positions Available

Our compensation packages include a starting salary range of $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year, 401K with maximum employee matching, health care benefits, paid time off, and full administrative support.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement treatment plans, and complete necessary documentation.
Provide excellent client care, collaborate with the team, and utilize creativity in interventions.
Maintain required patient care hours per week, coordinate services with other providers, and attend clinical meetings and trainings.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields.
Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
Experience with electronic health records, effective communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively.
Comfort working with diverse client populations and ability to maintain appropriate boundaries.
Ability to pass a background check for providing safe care.
Additional Qualifications:
Experience in mental health practice, insurance network credentialing, multilingual proficiency, or specialty practice areas are advantageous.
