Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive client assessments that identify therapeutic needs and inform treatment planning.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans employing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's experiences and goals.
Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to align with evolving needs.
Provide one-on-one counseling sessions via teletherapy, utilizing secure platforms to maintain privacy and accessibility for clients facing challenges getting to in-person sessions.
Participate in regular team meetings and case conferences to collaborate on treatment strategies and share insights with colleagues, enhancing our collective approach to client care.
Adhere to documentation and ethical standards established by state regulation and organizational policies.
Engage in continuous professional development opportunities to stay abreast of emerging therapies and interventions in the field.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
Current and valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent, including LMFT, LCSW, or LCSW-R.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;
advanced degree (Master's or Doctoral) in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology preferred.
Demonstrated ability to establish therapeutic rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
Empathetic, non-judgmental attitude with a commitment to fostering a healing environment.
Effective organizational skills to manage caseload and maintain timely documentation.
Preferred Experience
Prior experience in a community mental health setting or private practice is highly desirable.
Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
Experience with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation systems.
Compensation and Benefits
Entrust Your Soul Psychotherapy Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a robust compensation package, we provide:
