One Meditation Counseling Center is actively seeking dedicated and experienced Mental Health Counselors to join our collaborative and dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and histories.
Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
Deliver therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy sessions utilizing various modalities tailored to each client's unique needs.
Set therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, regularly monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Facilitate accessible virtual therapy sessions to accommodate clients facing barriers to in-person visits.
Ensure compliance with ethical standards by maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions and therapy outcomes.
Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills continually.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
Current and valid state license as LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.
A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required;
however, a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is highly preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle caseload efficiently.
Preferred Experience
We highly value candidates with additional experience in evidence-based therapy modalities, trauma-informed care, or specialized certifications. Experience with teletherapy is also preferred, as it is crucial for our current practice framework.
Compensation and Benefits
