Position Overview
Dignified Counseling Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team. This full-time remote position allows you to deliver therapeutic services to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, all from the comfort of your home. Work Environment
This position is fully remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements while maintaining direct connection with clients through secure online platforms. Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, develop clinical diagnoses, and create effective treatment plans based on individual goals.
Deliver individual, family, and group therapy by utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant systems tailored to the client’s needs.
Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health episodes or emergencies, ensuring safety and stability.
Maintain meticulous and confidential client documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments, in compliance with both ethical guidelines and legal standards.
Work collaboratively with other health professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to enhance the overall treatment strategy for patients, ensuring coordinated and comprehensive care.
Educate clients and their families regarding mental health concepts, available treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their rights and their tailored needs.
Stay current with industry developments through ongoing education, professional workshops, and participation in training sessions to enhance therapeutic skills.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
A Master’s degree or Doctorate in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is mandatory.
Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic prowess, with the ability to adapt strategies to individual client needs.
A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health counseling setting.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with colleagues.
Ability to work autonomously, as well as effectively contribute within a team dynamic.
A strong commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards in practice.
Preferred Experience
Prior experience in a clinical outpatient therapy setting is advantageous but not a prerequisite for entry-level applicants.
Experience working with telehealth systems and digital client engagement tools will be considered a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
