We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic and rapidly growing community at Ace Psychotherapy PTE. LTD. This full-time, remote position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional therapy services through telehealth, enabling you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients across Lakewood, New Jersey, and beyond. The salary range for this role is USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health status and specific needs.
Develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client.
Provide empathetic individual therapy to adult clients, utilizing solution-focused and cognitive behavioral approaches to facilitate healing and growth.
Utilize our teletherapy platform to conduct virtual sessions, ensuring a seamless and supportive client experience.
Deliver crisis intervention services and support when clients face urgent mental health challenges.
Participate in regular professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay current with best practices and advancements in the mental health field.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our client base comprises adults from diverse backgrounds facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a therapist at Ace Psychotherapy, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals from different walks of life, helping them achieve their mental health goals through personalized therapy sessions.
Qualifications
A valid and current license as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
A master's or doctoral degree in related fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach with clients.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
A clean professional history with no disciplinary actions against your license.
Preferred Experience
While not required, previous experience in providing teletherapy or working with diverse adult client populations is highly valued. Experience in crisis intervention or specific therapeutic modalities can enhance your application.
