We are seeking dedicated, licensed mental health counselors to join our innovative team at the Aged Care Mental and Behavioral Center. This full-time position allows professionals to deliver vital mental health services remotely while enjoying a competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their mental health status and needs.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals using evidence-based practices.
Provide engaging individual therapy sessions to adult clients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques including solution-focused and cognitive behavioral approaches.
Deliver virtual therapy sessions through our efficient teletherapy platform, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Respond to crisis situations with appropriate intervention strategies while maintaining a calm and supportive presence.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with the latest mental health practices and methodologies.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our primary focus is on adult clients facing diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues. This position requires a compassionate therapist who can create a safe, welcoming space for clients to explore their innermost thoughts and feelings. We emphasize the importance of a non-judgmental approach, allowing clients to share their experiences openly.
Qualifications
A current license as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD is required.
A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster meaningful connections with clients.
Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and understanding toward clients' experiences.
Effective organizational and time-management skills for managing a diverse caseload.
A clean disciplinary record with no history of conflict with regulatory boards.
Preferred Experience
Ideal candidates will have previous experience in delivering therapy services via telehealth platforms, as well as familiarity with evidence-based therapy models. Experience working with varied populations and understanding the unique concerns of mental health within aging communities is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
Annual salary of $90,000 to $104,000 based on previous experience and caseload.
