Work Environment
This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while reaching clients through our telehealth platform. Our flexible scheduling accommodates various lifestyles and commitments, offering opportunities to work between 10 to 40 hours per week. Our staff operates Monday through Saturday, providing comprehensive mental health services and ensuring accessibility for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to identify their needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
Provide evidenced-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailored to assist patients in meeting their treatment goals.
Facilitate open communication with interdisciplinary teams, participating in regular patient rounds and meetings to discuss treatment updates and patient care plans.
Maintain timely and detailed documentation on client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with departmental standards.
Deliver case management support by collaborating with healthcare providers and community resources to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus
The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges. Our telehealth model allows us to extend our reach, ensuring that individuals in need—especially those in underserved areas—can access crucial mental health services. Your role as a mental health provider will be pivotal in delivering tailored care and creating lasting impacts in these clients' lives.
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.
A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health settings is essential.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment.
Preferred Experience
Experience with telehealth technologies and virtual therapy practices.
Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Previous experience in diverse clinical settings catering to a range of mental health issues.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 70,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
