Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health histories and present conditions, using standardized tools and frameworks to inform treatment planning.
Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate individual therapeutic modalities, adapting them based on ongoing client progress and feedback.
Facilitate engaging individual therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, making therapy accessible to clients regardless of their location.
Establish measurable therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring client outcomes to adjust interventions as necessary.
Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, utilizing our practice management software for accurate record-keeping.
Actively participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance therapy techniques and share best practices among colleagues.
Patient Population / Client Focus
You will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications
Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
A Bachelor's Degree is required, while a Master's or Doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.
Exceptional communication skills, with a capacity for empathy and the ability to foster therapeutic alliance with clients.
Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage a caseload.
Preferred Experience
Experience in delivering teletherapy services, with a strong understanding of the technology utilized in virtual care.
Familiarity with evidence-based practices in mental health therapy, demonstrated through previous therapeutic roles.
A history of working with varied patient populations is highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits
