Job description
CHE Behavioral is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHC/LMFT/Licensed Psychologist) to provide behavioral health services to residents in long‑term care facilities. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence‑based therapies to older adults and their families.
The role includes in-person and remote sessions as needed, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and maintaining comprehensive patient records.
