About the Role
As a Licensed Mental Health Professional, you will provide high-quality clinical services to improve the quality of life for our older adult patients in long-term care and rehabilitation centers. Our clinicians work in a compassionate and cost-effective manner to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. With a focus on improving mental health, our team has seen significant benefits in patient overall well-being and longevity.
Responsibilities
Provide individual and group psychotherapy to patients with a range of mental health needs
Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care
Stay current with best practices and guidelines in mental health treatment and apply knowledge to improve patient outcomes
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
