Job description
Telecare is seeking an entry-level licensed manager to supervise multidisciplinary teams and coordinate service needs. Under the Clinical Director/Administrator, you will complete assessments and determine appropriate services for new members.
You will participate in a structured on-call rotation, stay reachable, and respond within set timeframes per operational protocols. The position is full-time and located in the San Mateo Transitions program.
