Job description
Columbia Mental Health in Washington, DC seeks a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy for diverse populations. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and care coordinators to support holistic patient care. In our inclusive, empathetic culture, you’ll participate in case consultations, quality improvement, and outcome tracking while receiving supervision, training, and CEU support to foster continuous professional growth and clinical advancement.
