Balance Life Therapy Center, LLC is seeking dedicated and fully licensed mental health therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans, ensuring all mental health needs are met.
Deliver evidence-based therapy services, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for individuals, families, and groups.
Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and promote holistic treatment approaches.
Provide crisis intervention, offering immediate support and guidance to clients experiencing acute mental health crises.
Participate in community outreach efforts, including workshops and seminars aimed at promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and increasing access to care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with diverse individuals, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from varying socioeconomic backgrounds. This role requires sensitivity and adaptability to address the unique challenges and cultural contexts of each client.
Qualifications
Active and independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to establish rapport and meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients.
Proficiency in cultural competency to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds, including ethnicity, culture, and socio-economic status.
Strong organizational skills to ensure the adherence to documentation regulations and timely reporting.
Preferred Experience
A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a community health setting or similar environment is preferred.
Experience in providing telehealth services effectively and professionally.
Familiarity with electronic health record systems to streamline patient care documentation.
