Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LICSW, LPC)
Location: West Virginia
Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Work Setting: Fully Remote / Telehealth
Position Overview
We are hiring independently licensed mental health professionals in West Virginia for a full-time telehealth position. The therapist will manage an assigned caseload, complete clinical evaluations, provide ongoing therapy, and maintain responsibility for documentation and follow-up throughout the course of care. The role requires strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with other providers when additional support or coordination is needed.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct intake assessments and review relevant clinical history
Provide individual therapy through secure telehealth sessions
Establish treatment priorities based on clinical findings and client needs
Review client status and make appropriate updates to treatment
Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation
Refer clients for additional services or a higher level of care when appropriate
Follow applicable West Virginia licensing, ethical, and telehealth requirements
Licensed as a LMFT, LPC, or LICSW in West Virginia
Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work
Experience in community, telehealth, or outpatient behavioral settings
Technically proficient and able to use EHR platforms effectively
Organized, responsive, and clinically focused
Remote-first setup with robust tech support
Admin team handles scheduling and billing
Training and upskilling available
