Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT/LPC)
Location: Louisiana (Remote/Telehealth) Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Summary
This position is for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT or LPC) providing telehealth therapy to clients across Louisiana. You'll focus on therapy sessions, client goal-setting, and clean documentation—so care is effective, trackable, and consistent from week to week.
Responsibilities
Deliver scheduled teletherapy sessions using a secure platform
Create treatment plans that reflect client goals and clinical needs
Keep documentation accurate and completed on time (notes, plans, updates)
Support clients with common concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and relationship challenges
Refer out for additional services when clinically appropriate
Follow compliance standards, privacy regulations, and ethical guidelines
