Key Responsibilities
In your role as a Mental Health Counselor, you will:
Conduct comprehensive client assessments to gather relevant psychosocial information and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with client needs.
Provide individual therapy using evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to promote personal growth and well-being, including cognitive-behavioral therapy or mindfulness-based interventions.
Set therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress throughout the treatment process to ensure effective outcomes.
Facilitate teletherapy sessions as required, adapting approaches to meet client’s specific needs and accessibility challenges.
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of each client session to uphold ethical standards and inform treatment continuity.
Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities by attending workshops and training to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position will possess:
A current and valid state license as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or PsyD (Doctor of Psychology).
A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
A compassionate, empathetic attitude, complemented by a non-judgmental approach in serving diverse populations.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and maintain documentation.
Preferred Experience
While experience may vary, candidates with a background in working with trauma-informed care or specific therapeutic modalities are highly desirable. Previous experience in teletherapy settings will also be beneficial as we prioritize accessible mental health services.
Compensation and Benefits
