The Mental Oasis Mental and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions through secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring a compassionate and ethical approach.
Implement solution-focused treatment modalities to support clients as they navigate their mental health journeys.
Develop and maintain personalized treatment plans, setting measurable goals that align with each client’s unique needs.
Facilitate insightful discussions that allow clients to gain understanding regarding their feelings, experiences, and relationships.
Conduct regular progress assessments and adapt treatment strategies as necessary to promote healthy coping mechanisms.
Patient Population / Client Focus
You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who present a variety of mental health needs. This demographic benefits from your specialized care in a supportive environment where the focus is on enhancing their quality of life. Your role is crucial in helping clients manage their mental health challenges—increasing their resilience and fostering independence.
Qualifications
A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
Must possess one of the following fully independent licenses: LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
No limited or provisional licenses;
candidates must not have any disciplinary actions against their license.
Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and active listening.
Adept in technology, with strong computer literacy skills to navigate our integrated therapy platform.
Preferred Experience
While not mandatory, experience in a remote counseling setting or familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) will be advantageous. Candidates who have worked with diverse clients and in multidisciplinary teams are particularly encouraged to apply.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 yearly, commensurate with hours worked.
