Position Overview
The Center of Hope Psychotherapy Services is seeking dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapists, including LMFTs, LCPCs, and LCSWs, to join our expanding team. Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify mental health needs and challenges.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes and client goals.
Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities suited to each client.
Monitor client progress towards established therapeutic goals and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Offer teletherapy options to increase accessibility for clients facing location or mobility challenges.
Maintain accurate and secure documentation in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory guidelines.
Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health counseling.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our clinic serves a diverse range of clients, encompassing various backgrounds, ages, and mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other psychological conditions. A client-centered approach is at the forefront of our services, enabling you to tailor interventions to the unique needs of each individual.
Qualifications
A current and valid state license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW).
A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills suitable for a therapeutic setting.
Capacity for empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle a diverse caseload effectively.
Preferred Experience
Demonstrated experience in providing therapy via telehealth platforms.
Expertise in specific therapeutic modalities (e.G., CBT, DBT, EMDR) is advantageous.
Previous experience working in community health settings or with diverse populations.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and the size of your caseload. This competitive compensation demonstrates our commitment to recognizing your expertise and contributions.
