nPosition Overview
nWe are looking for a talented and motivated Licensed Loan Officer to join our growing team. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a client-focused mortgage organization committed to excellence, integrity, and exceptional service.
nKey Responsibilities
nnOriginate residential mortgage loans including purchase, refinance, and cash-out refinance transactions.
nGuide borrowers through the mortgage process from initial consultation to closing.
nManage and convert company-provided leads while building long-term client relationships.
nAnalyze borrower financial information and recommend appropriate loan products.
nCollect, review, and submit required documentation accurately and timely.
nCollaborate with processors, underwriters, and closing teams to ensure smooth transactions.
nConsistently achieve production and customer service goals.
n nQualifications
nnActive NMLS License required.
nProven experience originating residential mortgage loans.
nStrong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
nExcellent organizational and time-management abilities.
nAbility to manage multiple loan files simultaneously.
nCustomer-focused mindset with high professional standards.
