Our care philosophy is guided by the following core principles:Dignity and RespectInformation SharingParticipationCollaborationThe Licensed Nurse Assistant is responsible for performing assigned duties in accordance with NRHN policies, procedures, and standards of care while supporting the organization's mission, values, and commitment to quality outcomes.Essential ResponsibilitiesUnder the general direction of a registered nurse, the Licensed Nursing Assistant performs selected patient care and unit activities.
