Job description
Commonwealth Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nurse to support residents in our senior living community. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor resident health, and coordinate with physicians and families. You will complete assessments, maintain accurate documentation, and respond promptly to changes in condition. Working within our resident-first culture, you’ll mentor care staff, support care plans that promote dignity and independence, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
