Job description
RiverWoods Exeter seeks a compassionate LNA/MNA to provide hands-on care to seniors in our continuing care retirement community. In this role, you will support residents with activities of daily living, monitor and report changes in condition, take vital signs, and assist with medication administration per certification and care plans. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote safety, dignity, and independence.
