Licensed Nursing AssistantHere are the details for the job:Facility: Lebanon CtrLocation: Lebanon, NH 03766Shifts Available: 07:00am -07:30amWeek 1: Sun, Tue & WedWeek 2: Sun, Mon & TueDuration: 15 weeks (possibility of extension)Pay Rate: $22/hrJob Responsibilities:Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingSupport patient mobility, including repositioning and transferringAccurately take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration)Feed patients and monitor food and fluid intakeObserve and report changes in patients’ physical or emotional conditionAssist nursing staff with basic medical tasks and proceduresRequired Documents:Active LNA LicenseActive BLS CertificationCOVID-19 Vaccination Card
