Join Our Team at Cedar Healthcare Center – Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)Cedar Healthcare Center, a senior living and rehabilitation community in Portsmouth, NH, is seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or CNA to join our team.Position: Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)Schedule: Full-Time, Evenings (3pm – 11pm)Location: Portsmouth, NHSign-On Bonus!: $5,000 thru 08/31/26!Pay Range: $21.00 - $31.00Evening Shift Differential: Additional $3.50 per hourWhat You'll Do:Provide direct care to residents in accordance with care plansAssist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, feeding)Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staffSupport mealtime setup, feeding assistance, and intake documentationAssist with admissions, transfers, and dischargesFollow infection control and safety protocolsMaintain accurate documentation and flow sheetsWhat We're Looking For:Current, valid LNA or CNA license in the state of New HampshireStrong communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetAbility to work independently and stay organizedLong-term care experience preferred, but new grads welcome!Why Join Cedar Healthcare Center as an Evening LNA?Enjoy the $3.50 shift differential not available to morning shiftWork-life balance and flexibility: enjoy your mornings!Be your own boss!
