Whether you're assisting with dinner, supervising medications, answering questions, or simply brightening someone's day with a smile, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming community.What You'll Be DoingHelping residents with evening routines and daily needsSupervising and documenting medicationsAssisting in the dining room during supper serviceSetting tables and helping create a pleasant dining experienceResponding promptly to resident call bells and requestsCommunicating resident concerns and important updatesProviding companionship, support, and reassurance throughout the eveningWe're Looking For Someone Who:Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with peopleIs reliable, compassionate, and patientCan stay calm and professional during emergenciesWorks well independently and as part of a teamCan speak, read, write, and understand EnglishHas a high school diploma or GEDHolds an active, unrestricted license in the State of NHPrevious caregiving experience is a plus, but not required.
