Job description
RiverWoods Exeter seeks a compassionate LNA/MNA - Per Diem to provide high-quality direct care to residents in a continuing care retirement community. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, vital signs, medication administration within licensure, documentation, and supporting resident comfort and safety. You will collaborate closely with nurses and interdisciplinary team members, communicate changes in resident condition, and foster a respectful, community-focused environment that promotes dignity and independence. Per diem scheduling offers flexibility while contributing meaningfully to seniors’ quality of life.
