nResponsibilities:
nProvide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance
nMonitor and record patient vital signs, reporting changes in condition to nursing staff
nAssist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics and safety protocols
nSupport patients with meals, feeding, and nutritional intake documentation
nMaintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients and residents
nCommunicate effectively with RNs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary care team members
nProvide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
nRequirements:
nActive Vermont LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification in good standing
